Terms and Conditions

PLAYERS CLUB HOTEL : This vacation package includes accommodations at the Players Club Hotel in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This includes up to 2 adults and 2 children sharing a standard hotel room (two doubles or one king bed depending upon occupancy). In the event of a reschedule, your accommodations are subject to availability with limited holiday use. Your presentation is usually scheduled for the second day of your visit. Pets are not allowed. You are responsible for all room taxes (approximately $10 per night), transportation, valet or general parking and any incidentals that you may incur including but not limited to meals and entertainment, unless specifically included in your vacation package. Depending upon availability, additional nights may be available for additional cost. Please call for details. This package includes 3 consecutive nights stay.

VAGABOND CRUISE: If you have selected the Vagabond Cruise, at the completion of your presentation, you will receive a voucher that will entitle you to 2 adult tickets redeemable at Vagabond Cruise. This voucher is valid for your choice of 11 local island cruises - sunset dinner, dolphin, historic, etc. and is subject to availability.

DINING CERTIFICATE: If you have selected the Dining certificate, at the completion of your presentation, you will receive 2 certificates redeemable at one of our participating restaurants. These restaurants are a choice of four local island restaurants - Alexander’s, New York City Pizza, Old Oyster Factory, Hudson's Seafood. This certificate is for food and beverage only. Tax and gratuity not included. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other specials or offers. No cash value, no change will be given. Bearer of this certificate will be responsible for 18% gratuity at the time of service by credit card or cash.

DISCOUNTED GOLF: Discounted Golf Golden Bear Golf Club (customer pays $30 includes greens fee and cart)

Spinnaker resorts develops, markets, sells, and provides property management to resorts in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina; Branson, Missouri; and Ormond Beach, Florida only minutes from world famous Daytona Beach . The corporate headquarters are in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Our sales presentation is designed to last for approximately 90 minutes; however, under certain circumstances it could last longer. You will be entitled to receive your incentive after 90 minutes if you so choose.

Qualifications

You must meet the following qualifications to be eligible for this promotion travel package:

1) Be a US or Canadian citizen ;
2) 30-72 Years Old (If married or a cohabitating couple, one party of the "couple" shall meet the age requirement);
3) Be married, or a cohabiting couple, have a combined Gross Annual Income of at least $55,000+;
4) Have not participated in a Spinnaker Resorts sales presentation within the past 12 months or own a Spinnaker Resorts timeshare interest or vacation club membership;
5) Bring, as proof of ID, one government issued picture ID verifying residence at the same address, credit card and/or checkbook (debit card with VS/MS logo);
6) No children under the age of 8 are allowed in the presentation; however, we do have a supervised playroom for children between the ages of 3 and 7. Unfortunately, we do not have any facilities for children under that age of 3;
7) Both parties attending the sales presentation must understand, read and speak fluent English without the benefit of an interpreter; and
8) If you and your spouse or cohabiting partner (if applicable) are eligible for the incentive, then both of you must attend and complete the entire presentation on vacation ownership at the designated time and place prior to receiving the above-described gifts. Our presentation is designed to last for approximately 90 minutes; however, under certain circumstances it could last longer.
This vacation package is non-refundable. Failure to meet these requirements or complete our presentation will result in your credit card being charged the full retail rate of the hotel (at the time of your stay) and the retail amount of any other incentive(s) you have received.

Cancellation Policy: This vacation package is non-refundable; however, it can be rescheduled one time upon 72 hour advance notice and is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. In the event you cannot travel on your scheduled dates, you must give at least 72 hours advance notice of cancellation to avoid “no show” charges. Failure to give 72 hour notice will result in a $75.00 charge to your credit card or forfeiture of your vacation package. If you do not authorize the $75 charge, your vacation package will be automatically forfeited. If you elect to pay the $75 “No Show” charge, and we will be happy to reschedule you. This charge is incurred because of a "no-show" charge that VacationPeople.Com. incurs for the first night of your scheduled stay from the participating hotel. Again, should you desire to re-schedule your arrival date, simply let us know prior to 72 hours in advance of this confirmed arrival date, and based upon availability, we will be happy to help you select other travel dates within the next six month period.
